Liverpool’s Elliott Out of Action For England’s U21 Squad

Liverpool’s Harvey Elliott has withdrawn from Young Lions’ squad to play Kosovo in the Euro Under 21 Championship qualifying match.

The 18 years old Liverpool attacker, has been on the starting eleven for the past two English Premier League games for the Reds.

Elliot was listed for international duty against Kosovo but unfortunately reported to camp with an injury he picked up in the top flight match against Chelsea in the English Premier League. This has become a blow to the Reds as he has now returned to his club with the injury.

The Liverpool attacker has increased the tally of injured England’s U21 players who will miss out of the encounter against Kosovo after Tottenham Hotspurs’ Kouassi Ryan Sessegnon also pulled out of the game too due to Injury.

With the available players in the squad, the Young Lions are hoping to extend their impressive run in the qualifiers to pick the ticket for the Euro U21 Championships.
