Good Leadership: Obot Akara Women Celebrate Lady Agnes Udoenwenwen, Pray for Her Divine Elevation

Women in Obot Akara Local Government Area have celebrated the excellent leadership of the Executive Chairman of Obot Akara Local Government Council, Hon. (Lady) Agnes Cosmas Udoenwenwen.

The women celebrated the achievements recorded so far by the administration of Lady Agnes Udoenwenwen on Thursday at the Council Secretariat, Nto Edino when the Chairman hosted them to appreciate them for all the support and cooperation she enjoys since she was inaugurated in to office.

The women who cut across the eleven Wards of the area unanimously extolled the leadership of Lady Agnes Udoenwenwen, saying that they are satisfied with her leadership qualities and the strides she is making to improve quality of lives of people in the area.

The women also thanked the Council Boss for carrying them along in all ramifications and prayed to God Mighty to bless and elevate her to the greatest height.

In appreciation, the Executive Chairman of Obot Akara Local Government Council Lady Agnes Udoenwenwen thanked the women for standing by her from the electioneering time till today, assuring that she will not disappoint the women.

Lady Udoenwenwen expressed her profound gratitude to His Excellency, Governor Udom Emmanuel and his wife Martha Udom Emmanuel for giving women the opportunity to take part in government.

She appreciated the political leaders of Obot Akara LGA and the entire people of Obot Akara for the confidence they have in her to pilot the affairs of the Local Government Area.

The event had the attendance of the wife of the member representing Ikot Ekpene/Obot Akara State Constituency in Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Mrs. Idongesit Ntekpere, the wife of SA to Governor, Mrs. Ufot Ebong, the wife of the Vice Chairman of Obot Akara Local Government Council, Leader of Obot Akara Legislative Council, Hon. Mary Moses Akpana, all the Female Councillors, Female SA’s among others.
