Davido Congratulates Wizkid on His Newly Released Album

WizKid released his new album, “Made in Lagos” less than 24 hours ago.

The 14-track LP features contributions from several artists including Burna Boy, Skepta and Tems is reportedly number 1 in fourteen different countries on apple music’s album chart.

The album has received accolades from a lot of celebrities nation wide.

While some have argued that the recently released album isn’t quite what they’d expected and had felt Wizkid could do better, others have maintained that Wizkid remains one of the best.

David Adedeji Adeleki, popularly known as Davido took to his Instagram Handle sixteen hours ago to congratulate Wizkid on his newly released album.

He wrote- “Congrats King! #MIL OUT NOW.

Made in Lagos was originally scheduled for release on October 15, but the project was delayed in respect of the #EndSarsprotest that had been ongoing at the time.

“It has been beautiful to see Nigerians around the world coming together to protest against police brutality,” WizKid said in a press release. “Unity is key. The youth of Nigeria need our collective voices to continue to shine a spotlight to what is happening inside the country. I want to play my part in this and in the movement for a better Nigeria, a better place to live for ourselves, our families—our communities. We will get through this together. Together we move. #EndSARS.”
